What was the client need?

Microsoft completed an extremely successful augmented reality pilot and all involved business partners were very excited. They wanted a video highlighting the experiences of their customers and the positive impact on the business. The purpose was to show the power of using augmented reality for direct-to-customer support.

How did ProMobile decide on a treatment?

This video was to express excitement and present some of the key metrics that the project achieved. By bringing the viewer into the world of the customer-gamer we gave them a true sense of the impact this project had on improving the customer experience.

What was the resulting benefit to the client?

Microsoft went on to leverage the AR platform for several more direct-to-customer support projects as a result of this pilot and the presentation of the video. They used the video to present the results to the senior vice presidents of the business and at several learning technology conferences.

What was unusual or interesting about this project?

This video incorporated live-action gaming and presented actual project success metrics as mechanisms for creating engagement with the content.
