She is particularly adept at working closely with each customer to identify their specific needs, and creating apps and web-designs to achieve their objectives. Tracy has a well-rounded knowledge of systems analysis and development, graphic design, and research methodology.

Sharon is a seasoned L&D professional with over 37 years of experience working for NASA Johnson Space Center. Her ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences has been recognized with international awards throughout her career. Her innovative approach to gamification has also led her to develop highly effective training modules, including the mandatory ethics training now in place for several government agencies. Her dedication to lifelong learning and development is evident in everything she does, and she is committed to sharing her knowledge and expertise with others.

As a true Learning Architect, Keith draws from his formal education and experience in instructional design and business to create learning content that focuses on meeting the learner’s needs, while aligning it with enterprise-wide business objectives. Keith works with clients to build training that is accessible to all learners, including those with disabilities. Keith is one of 4 certified Gamification Master Craftsmen at ProMobile, and combines game-design elements and principles with progressive views on learning theories to enhance traditional instructional design within the industry. He was the recipient of the 2019 Association for Talent Development One to Watch Award, 2020 Training Magazine Top 5 Emerging Leaders, as well as a Brandon Hall Award for Best Blended Learning Program, and the 2022 Brandon Hall Rising Star.
